What is the diagnosis?
A young Patient age 24 yrs came with a history of 1 week of small pimple at his left buttock area just below the scrotum near anus, after a week his pimple got enlarged in size and was slightly itchy and non painful, he only notices it on defication time otherwise there are no signs and symptoms. He also has 2-3 pimples on his neck but there is mark difference in color of pimples on neck and in between at near the anus region
I honestly think it could just be ingrown hair....🙈🙈🤔🤔..Maybe avoid shaving and wax instead ？and put some coconut oil or something
Yes exactly that was a simple pimple which was cured by simple antibiotics therapy
Is the hand of the patient showing there? Universal precaution measures? 🤔
Umm he was reluctant very much so I didn't told him anything, some times you have to go a little bit out of a way ✌️
Why Is not painful? Abscess should be very painful also at rest
They are extremely painful and have to have incision and debriedment in OR. Cultured and placed on ATB
Also I had one of that and as the as this patients condition. And it has gone by itself I am sure about that is peri anal abcess...
Observation and antibiotic therapy as a medical rule always think for common disease, it was just a pimple due to not shaving his hair,
