Help identifying what type a bite this is

I got bit in my sleep , this isn’t the first time , not bed bugs , I am allergic to mosquito bites , when I get bit they swell up pretty bad but this looks and feels very different, itchy and painful also hurts to walk on and looks and feels swollen , any suggestions please ? Spider bite maybe
