Meningioma in a 62 year old female presenting with right lower limb weakness

A meningioma is a tumor that arises from the meninges, the membranes that surrounds the brain and spinal cord - dura mater, arachnoid, and the pia mater. Meningiomas can become quite large, and depending on the location, symptoms may vary from headaches, hearing loss, and memory loss to even seizure attacks and weakness of the arms and legs.
