I would say the cause of it is pretty important to consider. If the cause is a tumor, removing it could help or cure the migraine. If it’s ICH, draining the blood could help. And so on, but generally speaking sumatriptan, rizatriptan or other 5-HT1B receptor agonists (the triptans) can help reduce the symptoms :)
You can treat migraine attacks with medications depending on the severity.you can use medications to prevent further attacks.
