While doing studies make ur schedule that u will study on this time only ...and fix the timing for ur sleep as well as...but if u felt sleepy while study thn u can use dark chochlates,dry fruits ..or may wash ur face to be stay awaken,do not study in long schedule or burden ..think about only 1 hr whenevr ur studying after that u should take 5 min. Break ..,also do not study on bed or any comfortable zone whre u fall asleep...so avoid sleeping coz ur target is study and acheive ur goals .remeber" Dream is not that which make u sleep it is that which does not allow u to sleep".
Take tomatoes, cucumbers and dark chocolates. They will develope your brain cells to the fullest and end up boasting your memory. Take almonds (at least 7) in bed tea time. Make sure when you study for 45 minutes, take 5 minutes break after it. Drink plenty of water in this time period and do take glucose. Practice (even your oral work) at notebook. Encourage yourself. M damn sure you'll be able to!
It’s ok to take a nap. Sleep is essential for learning. When it comes to studying, just start something. Don’t think about the entirety of it. Just pick up your book, notes, whatever and start. Chances are, once you start, you’ll do just fine
