AST, ALT > ALP so it's a hepatocellular liver disease not Cholestatic (where it's the opposite) or Infiltrative (high ALP, near normal AST, ALT). The AST/ALT<1 so isn't alcohol. ALT & AST are both <1000 so not viral hepatitis, ischemic hepatitis or liver injury bc of drugs or toxins. Patient has Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
