A 27 yearis admitted to emergency department complaining about pain across her back.she become unwell when she started to develop fever and pain across her back.the pain has become progressively more severe.. This woman suffering from acute pyelonephritis.this is common in female than males beacause of present of bacteria in urinary tract.. The woman should admitted in hospital and give intravenous fluids and antibiotics .if patient is complicated with renal scarring, stones then 6-7weeks of course of treatment should be given..
