20 y/o male, a patch-in from the ED complaining of acute onset right scrotal pain with a remote(?) history of trauma. The symptoms have been on and off for the past 1 year. POCUS showed an enlarged & oedematous right testicle. Accompanying hematoma seen intraop. Unsalvagable testis removed & left testicle was pexied. Patient education done & the young, happy, pain free man was discharged after 24 hours observation.
