Suicide, probably from depression. Crutches does not mean paralysis!! The broken alarm clock is not a sign of struggle. The carpet is straight, the chairs and the table are in order so I don’t think he fought with someone. In my opinion, the clock looks more like a sign of anger. It might also be the time of his suicide. The note on the table might be a goodbye letter to his girlfriend, or it might be a letter from his girlfriend to him that she is leaving him. You can absolutely push the stool/table and hang yourself. If the stool/table had been kicked, it wouldn’t been in this position. The glasses could be his.
