This looks more like measles ! I mean you got the blotches going up and down the back ! MAYBE I’m wrong but can you explain how you tell the difference ?

Hi Molly, typical for SLE concerning the skin are the butterfly erythema in the face, plaques and hyper keratosis and divide erythema at the finger and makulopapulos scaly exanthema on the trunc.
