This is an extremely delicate surgical intervention to correct both the external shape of the nose and the deviation of the septum in order to obtain good nose functionality. Shown above, a cartilage graft was taken from the septum of a 33-year-old patient with septum deviation, dorsal hump and collapse of the nasal tip. The graft was essentially used to correct the tip on her nose. She was unable to breath properly and desired to improve the functionality and external appearance of her nose. The use of cartilage graft from the septum addressed both issues and is the safest and most used technique for nasal tip reconstruction.Photo by @drjaviersoto
