Left ventricle because ductus arteriosus shunt the left and right atrium so blood from left atrium goes into left ventricle and blood from right atrium also pump into left atrium which also pump in left ventricle so hypertrophy can occur due to more pressure.

Oh sorry it's patent ductus arteriosus not foramen oval,in patent ductus arteriosus right ventricular hypertrophy can occur because in patent ductus arteriosus left to right shunt can occur which results in pulmonary hypertension to compensate it right ventricular cardiomyopathy can occur.
