Missed towel
Extraction of what initially thought to be a huge fibroid and turned out to be a missed towel in the Douglas poutch in a 50 years old female after a C section 15 years ago !!

yes , in the ultrasound it looked like a fibroid ;totally regular with that great looking pseudocapsule
