at 28 degrees the bacteria ( Y.pestis)produce the coagulase in the flea that closes the periventricule of the flea. The fleas gets hungry so she suck human blood and regurgitate the bacteria in the human blood wher the temperature is 37 degrees so caogulase ruptures(cause it’s only produced at 28 degrees). The commenset outcome is the bubonic plague where there is a formation of a bubo=enlarged of the lymph node (lymphadenopathy) typically in the axilla and the groin region which is painful. The desease progressives into a bacterimia with septicemia , the first signs :fever, GI disturbance (vomiting, nausea, boody diarrhea). The person can develop a delirium if the CNS is affected. when the lungs are involved we have a secondary pneumonic plague .Death occurs whit in 2-6 days if no treatment ( streptomycin +or - tetracycline) Note : everything releated to plague is hemmoragic
