What is the probable diagnosis...

A 60-year-old active male smoker had a swollen upper lip and lower cheek for the past 3 months, which had increased in size during the previous few weeks. No specific other symptoms were reported and his blood tests were normal. He had a smoking history of 300 packs per year for almost 40 years. CT scan of the head and neck showed he had a tender palpable mass measuring approximately 3·5 × 4·7cm on the upper lip and 5·6 × 3·2 cm on the lower cheek, both covered with normal skin. The mass on the cheek was subcutaneous. He neither had no history of injury or tumour. What is the probable diagnosis of the patient? a) Atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis b) Fibromuscular dysplasia c) Vasculitis d) Congenital vascular malformation

It's fibromuscular dysplasia (non-atherosclerotic, non-inflammatory disease of the blood vessels)
