Grade 1.dec in lovi bond angle. Grade 2.obliteration of lovi bond angle. Grade 3.parrot beaked nail. Grade 4.shape of distal phalanx changes. Grade 5.hypertrophic osteo-arthropathy

Actually in clinical books only 4 grades are there.. 1st two as your grading are included in same grade.
