In myasthenic crisis ,there are decreased nicotinic cholinergic receptors....then how are anticholine esterases helpful in treating the condition? they increase the concentration of acetylcholine at the nmj....but how does acetylcholine improve the condition if there are decreased receptors itself?? Can anybody explain plzz!!!

In myasthenia there’re antibodies formed against the receptors the receptors are blocked but they’re still present the acetylcholine stimulates the left over receptors that aren’t blocked when the concentration of acetylcholine increases it stimulates the unblocked receptors more effectively to produce a action potential
