Little about the Ejaculation Pathway! Sperm is formed by the two vas deferens, both ejaculatory ducts and the urethra. The ejaculatory duct refers to the canal that goes through the prostate into the urethra. Along the ejaculation path various glands such as Ampulla, Seminal Gland, Prostate, Bulbourethral gland (Cowper's glands), Urethral gland (Littre's gland) will add their secretions to the ejaculate.
