Cranial Neve 11 - Spinal Accessory Nerve!

IDK what nerve is number 11? This is because Cranial Nerve number 11, Spinal Accessory, does the action of ‘IDK’ shrugging your shoulders and tilting your head. It supplies the Sternoclediomastoid muscle for flexion of the neck and for contralateral head rotation. It also supplies the Trapezius muscle for elevation and retraction of the scapula.
