Oral aphtous ulcers, a common manifestation of Behçet's disease, which is characterized by oral and genital sores/ulcers
I have those constantly! Normally on my tongue or the inner part of the lips. I have been told that it’s lack of vitamins but I have a very rich diet. Is there a way to treat these easily? Thank you
