A Bakers cyst is usually found in the popliteal fossa. A spontaneous calf muscle tear is unlikely. A medical cyst is usually and ultrasound/ arthroscopic diagnosis. The lesion does not look septic. The most probable diagnosis is a lipoblastoma.
