Schirmer test

Schirmer test for dry eyes in a patient with Sjögren syndrome. Filter paper is placed in the ocular fornix and observed for wetting (15 mm within 5 minutes is normal; <5 mm in 5 minutes is severe and may indicate Sjögren syndrome).
