Certain types of depression medicine called tricyclic antidepressants, including doxepin (Silenor) and imipramine (Tofranil). Medicines for erectile dysfunction, including sildenafil (Revatio, Viagra) or tadalafil (Adcirca, Alyq, others), especially when taken with the heart medicine nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitro-Dur, others).
