Lichen planus.

There is hyperkeratosis, focal hypergranulosis and irregular acanthosis with elongated saw-toothed rete ridges. The basal layer shows liquefactive degeneration. The upper dermis shows a band-like mononuclear infiltrate with a sharply-demarcated lower border.
