Hemorrhoids in thrust cause more or less discomfort, accompanied by burns, aggravated by defecation, sitting or walking. The true anal pain is not obligatory, it usually accompanies a complication: internal or external thrombosis depending on the location of the affected vessels, the presence of abscesses (pulsating pain) or anal fissures (pain with defecation ). The anal fissure is a small tear located at the lower part of the anus. In nine out of 10 cases, it is located at the posterior pole which can be slightly shifted to the right or left; in one case out of 10 is located at the front pole. This small ulceration measures a half to 1 cm, with a teardrop shape, the tapered portion being towards the inside of the anal canal. What treatment can we offer?
