Leukoplakia
Irregular leukoplakia involves the floor of the mouth and extends to the attached gingiva of the lingual aspect of the mandible. Histopathologic interpretation was of severe dysplasia with areas of carcinoma in situ; no invasion of connective tissue was seen.
