Denture induced fibrous hyperplasia
Denture-induced fibrous hyperplasia of oral mucosa is related to the chronic trauma produced by an ill-fitting denture. The process is essentially the same as the one that leads to traumatic fibroma, except that a denture is specifically identified as the causative age.
