As the others are saying, there should be a brief history of this patient. However, it seems the lesion on the mouth of this woman to be squamous cell carcinoma. And since I am not sure about the diagnosis, I can't describe the treatment 😊

Please do a biopsy. This looks like a SCC but the biopsy would give us more info
