So here's the thing. Aspirin is anti aggregation agent. Meaning it inhibits platelets from forming clots. So it increases bleeding time. It's half life on the blood is approximately 10 days which means it would take ten days to start working after starting treatment and 10 days to stop working after discontinuing treatment. Have your patient discontinue aspirin for 10 days then have the tooth extraction. If it's an emergency then you'll have to weigh pros against cons. Risk/benefit.
