Diplopia is there due to ptosis..
Any noted anhidrosis, enlarged cervical lymph nodes or migraines? If so, maybe chest X-ray to rule out presence of Pancoast tumour or neuroblastoma.
I think micropthalmia is congenital disodr its not congenital nd not associated with any otjer sign or symptom
Any other difficulties in talking or breathing / miosis or anhidrodis? For evaluation using edrophonium test is the best choice.
What are other possibilities other than myesthenia??? No other associated symtoms are there
It could be myasthenia, I think you could do a stress test and see if the muscle weakness increases during the test and it recovers quickly. if it does not work, it could be the Claude-Bernard-Horner level 3 syndrome, we should look for the underlying cause. although I think that myasthenia it's a good idea. Thank You.
