Diagnosis

Myopic patient nd now having diplopia nd ptosis... What could be diagnosis?? Can it be myesthenia?? History patient developed this ptosis but it was mild on last year when he start studying for his professionals nd then after professionals he was alright than now he again start studying for professionals nd he developed this much ptosis which is becoming hurdle for his studies.. Diplopia is there due to ptosis..

Any noted anhidrosis, enlarged cervical lymph nodes or migraines? If so, maybe chest X-ray to rule out presence of Pancoast tumour or neuroblastoma.

I think micropthalmia is congenital disodr its not congenital nd not associated with any otjer sign or symptom

Any other difficulties in talking or breathing / miosis or anhidrodis? For evaluation using edrophonium test is the best choice.

What are other possibilities other than myesthenia??? No other associated symtoms are there

It could be myasthenia, I think you could do a stress test and see if the muscle weakness increases during the test and it recovers quickly. if it does not work, it could be the Claude-Bernard-Horner level 3 syndrome, we should look for the underlying cause. although I think that myasthenia it's a good idea. Thank You.
