Primary angle closure gluacoma
Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma (PACG) is a chronic optic neuropathy associated with a loss of retinal ganglion cells and their axons which typically affects the elderly. PACG has been estimated to affect 0.4% of European-derived populations aged 40 and over and 0.94% of those ≥70 years.
