Decaying Tooth in Nose!

Patient was referred to an oral and maxillofacial with a chief complain of pain in the maxilla and nose region. Using a otoscope looking inside airway the doctor discover a tooth growing abnormally. An x-Ray and computed tomography revealed tooth positioning and a transnasal approach was used to assess the case and have access to the decaying tooth as seen on the picture.
