Removal of Bridge
This patient came into my office last week for extraction of all of her remaining maxillary teeth due to severe periodontal disease. Once sedated, I was able to remove this bridge with one hand…no roots were retained. Just had to clean up the granulation tissue and place some sutures to help with bleeding and soft tissue healing.
