Implant Depth- Anterior Teeth

Implant Depth- Anterior Teeth

For anterior implant placement, the ideal depth involves placing the implant shoulder 3-4 mm apical (below) to the gingival zenith (the highest point of the gum tissue). This depth ensures adequate bone coverage and supports the emergence profile of the final crown. The implant should also be placed 2 mm palatal (towards the roof of the mouth) to the planned facial surface of the crown.
