An 82 year old man with a history o crohn dissease with an evolution of 20 year, treated with steroids and inmunotherapy. Likely controled until he arrives because he had an exacerbation. In the INCMSZ told him they dont have beds so he came to my service. Oh Surprise, he have had an exacerbation but i present to you a "melt candle image" in the AP projection. The correct name of This dissease its Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis. 1 case in every 500,000 patients, 25 reports so far.
