What is your diagnosis and treatment?

A 57 year old woman presented with acute onset left eye pain after being treated with a new medication yesterday. On physical exam, her eyes appear as seen above in the picture. However, her left eye is non reactive to light.

Acute angle-closure glaucoma. Treat with Pilocarpine Opthalmic

I was going to say "pink eye" but the non reactive to light through my original thought. It could be a foreign particle, in the eye causing pain. Not enough info. Is it itchy, swollen, uncertain.
