There is a 3 dots ... below the picture click there and the option come up ( save to camera roll ) then save it done ✅

Yes but in that option only images are downloaded not gif nd videos.

Yeah bcuz videos are sharing from other apps like instagram, YouTube, this videos are not uploaded
