The patient is mentally retarded and has been taking dipakine 200 mg and tiratam for 2 years but The depakine medication was stopped by the psychiatrist 6 months ago) but the gingival enlargement is still increasing clinical ex-pt is suffering from severe enlargement of soft tissue of mouth sever bad oder, There is pus while pressing on the tissue no pain during clinical examination the anterior teeth is completely hidden by soft tissue enlargement what is diagnosis and management please?
