Noma disease treatment
Treatment of NOMA The early stages, such as simple gingivitis, should be treated with mouth washes of salted water and general oral hygiene. A complicated gingivitis (with necrosis, spontaneous gingival bleeding and pain) requires professional dental hygiene and follow up (if available).
