There are more than 50 group of blackish to brownish moles on medial aspect of thigh.. What may be the differential diagnosis??
I think hyperpigmentation
Can just hyperpigmentation causes such a large quantity of moles on single place??
May be hair growth stagnation i.e hair grow inside the skin
