This man had a knife in his head for 3 hours and didn't know it. Brazilian motorcycle taxi driver, Juacelo Nunes de Oliveira (39 yo), got into a bar fight in São Paulo. He was stabbed 4 times. Three times in the torso and once in head. He was transferred from the first hospital he was taken to and, after 3 hours, arrived at the hospital where he ended up being treated. The hospital director, Dr. Gilberto Albuquerque said, "he had the knife lodged in his head for this whole period but he was not aware of it. We believe the shock and a bit of the drinking may have helped him to not understand the knife was still in his head". The knife was embedded in his skull up to the handle.
