Piles is the downward sliding of anal cushion or ball of mass abnormally due to straining. It is also known as Haemorrhoids. Anal cushions are the aggregation of the blood vessles , smooth muscle and elastic connective tissue in the submucosa. It is the most common cause for Bleeding per rectum. Clinical features :- - Bleeding per Rectum which is bright red and fresh - Constipation - Mass per Rectum - Pruritis - Pain due to prolapse - Anemia - Pallor - Lethargy
