Chemosis, the treatment depends on the ethiology but mostly with NSAIDs.

pinguecula, it is caused by dryness and irritation so periscribing Artelact(Blink lubricant) and in case of vision deduction, surgery is indicated.

Placing cool compresses over eyes may ease discomfort and inflammation. Stop wearing contact lenses. Depend on the cause of his chemosis treatment is different.

I observe him, and keep him dust free and uv free environment.... . Now inflammation is reduce and this condition is recover 3/4..sir says, observed him for 5 hour...after that he will pescribe medication for this conditionm..
