A Middle-aged Man With Eye Redness and Pain. A 68-year-old man presented with bilateral eye redness and pain for 6 months. He had HIV well-controlled with HAART (last CD4 count 750 cells/mm3 with undetectable viral load), and was sexually active with same-sex partners. Review of systems was unrevealing. On examination he had diffuse scleral injection in both eyes which were moderately tender to touch. Dilated fundus examination was also unremarkable in both eyes. What Would You Do Next? A.
