A Middle-aged Man With Eye Redness and Pain. A 68-year-old man presented with bilateral eye redness and pain for 6 months. He had HIV well-controlled with HAART (last CD4 count 750 cells/mm3 with undetectable viral load), and was sexually active with same-sex partners. Review of systems was unrevealing.
