Epidermoid Carcinoma...

Epidermoid Carcinoma...

This is a case of a 38 year old patient with a face epidermoid carcinoma developped over a year and a half causing a facial dysmorphy with a large loss of substance. A CT scan was performed. Patient is now waiting the multidisciplinary staff for a treatment decision. The huge extension might be explained both by the time it took the patient to seek medical advice while living in a secluded area, and by the infiltrating power of the epidermoid carcinoma.

Treatment is surgery and radiation in early stage and in late stage its surgery , radiation, and chemotherapy.

I think this would almost certainly be inoperable at this point. Probably fatal?
