Hospital da Restauração, Recife - Pe, Brasil ✨Balloon tamponade of a transhepatic liver gunshot wound. Damage control procedure. The balloon is constucted of a penrose drain sutured to a foley catheter. A Senstaken-blakemore tube is an alternative. Image at time of laparotomy.
