patient is suffering from last 17 months and he is already taken antifungal e. g terbinafine itraconazole, sertaconazole, ketoconazole, and also antifungal cream but it removed temporarily and then reappear on same and different area also

Tinea corporis + iritative contact dermatitis, using a short period of hydrocortisone and shampoo ketoconazole 2 times a week and oral ketoconazole helps a lot.

It will be better with these medication. Do not need terbinafine.

Dermatophytes spread during close contacts.If she has this symptoms as well she should be treated as well to stop spreading the infection and prevent relapse.
