Ejaculation is the release of seminal fluid in a sexual activity. It is a reflex under the control of central nervous system. During sexual arousal, spinal cord and brain receives stimuli. In response, vas deferens contracts to release the sperms. Prostate gland and seminal vesicles contract to release secretions. Sperms and secretions together form semen. Now, the penile muscles contract every 0.8 seconds. With each contraction seminal fluid releases from penis.
