However, there are some symptoms common for all STDs. • Small painful bumps and sores near vagina, penis, anus or mouth • Rash, redness or painful swelling near vagina and penis • Skin rash • Dysuria i.e. painful urination • Weight loss • Diarrhea • Night sweats • Fever with chills • Jaundice • Abnormal discharge from vagina or penis • Intermenstrual bleeding • Dyspareunia i.e. painful sex • Severe itching near vagina or penis
