You can easily feel your pelvic floor muscles by stopping the flow of urine. After stopping, insert a finger in your vagina. You will feel muscles resisting, tightening and holding the insides. These are pelvic floor muscles. This technique is for learning purpose only. Doing it repeatedly is likely to damage bladder and kidneys.
